BLiS Rye Barrel Aged Apple Cider Vinegar
Prize of the pantry.
There’s apple cider vinegar, and then there’s this apple cider vinegar. It was aged in barrels that once contained Kentucky bourbon, whiskey, and maple syrup, so it has flavor like none other. (You’ll find notes of caramel apple, vanilla, charred oak, and spicy rye throughout.) Use it just like you’d use regular ol’ ACV—then watch it give all your dishes an earthy twist.
