Co-owners Sierra Yip-Bannicq and Jazmin de la Guardia draw on their diverse backgrounds to create their artful pieces—hence the name “Franca,” borrowed from “lingua franca” which means “common language.” All the handiwork happens in a small studio in Brooklyn (and we’re tempted to make a trip over just to watch).
