Whip, foam, muddle, emulsify.

As if your Vitamix blender wasn’t multitalented enough, it just made friends with this wonder of a container. It can whip, foam, muddle, and emulsify like there’s no tomorrow. The magic’s in the signature Aer disc at the bottom: It has small holes that pull your liquid ingredients through (hello, instant aeration) all while leaving firmer ingredients like ice, fruits, and herbs behind.

Pair this one with your Ascent 2500 or 3500—or a Classic Vitamix—and soon you’ll be a total pro at prepping whipped creams, frothy milk, mojitos...even finicky foods like hollandaise and mayo. (Bonus: You can pop this dynamo in the dishwasher when you’re finished.)

  • Made in: Cleveland, Ohio
  • Product Warranty: 3-year limited manufacturer's warranty.
  • Shipping & Returns: Free Standard Shipping on Orders $199+ and Easy-Breezy Returns

Meet the Maker

Vitamix

Cleveland, Ohio
Ever heard the story behind Vitamix’s world-famous blenders? It all started back in 1937 (yep) when health food industry pioneer William “Papa” Barnard met a blender for the first time. He saw how this new invention could easily prepare wholesome foods, so he fully devoted himself to selling his version, the Vita-Mix. It would go on to star in TV’s first-ever infomercial in 1949, then gain *lots* of talent over the decades (whipping up soup, grinding grains, kneading dough, you name it). Today, the company continues to be a family-run business, with a whole line of blenders beloved by home cooks and professionals alike.
