  • Smoked King Salmon comes from the waters of southeast Alaska and shines brightest in frittatas, a simple spread, or even straight out of the can.
  • Smoked Coho Salmon from Craig, Alaska, goes with any grain bowl, sandwich, or even mac and cheese, where it’ll bring plenty of smoky flavor.

  • Smoked Octopus comes from the Bering Strait and pairs well with olive oil and lemon—or a glass of fine whiskey. (Tip: Try it in farro salad.)
  • Classic Coho Salmon comes from the waters of southeast Alaska and pairs well with lemon and herbs.
  • Smoked Sockeye Salmon is caught in southeast Alaska and pairs well with olive oil and lemon.

Meet the Maker

Wildfish Cannery

Alaska
Founded in 1987 in the small seaside town of Klawock, home to Alaska’s very first salmon cannery built more than a century ago, Wildfish is now run by the founder’s grandson, Chef Mathew Scaletta. He’s made it his mission to meld all that fine-dining knowhow with local, sustainable traditions.
