Righteous Felon is making jerky how so much of the industry doesn’t: Rather than mass-producing it with chemical preservatives and subpar ingredients, they’re taking pasture-raised beef and turkey and dry-aging it for 21 days to give it big-wow flavor. Another thing they stand for? Second-chance employment, which gives those with checkered backgrounds an opportunity to work toward a bright future. Now that’s a win-win.
