Our love of charcuterie runs deep—so you can imagine our excitement when we met Babette’s Table, purveyor of the best-of-the-best pork sourced from local family farms. Everything is handmade by founder and butcher Erika Lynch, who uses fermenting and curing methods she picked up during an apprenticeship in Gascony, France.
