You better believe it.

Show us a fine liquor, and we’d say Gnista is right up there with it. It’s a non-alcoholic drink that’s handmade with the very same techniques used for classic spirits, including distillation, brewing, and barrel aging. (Modern gastronomy and state-of-the-art technology also lended a helping hand.) First-timers are always surprised by its punchy, complex flavor, and we think you’ll be too.

Floral Wormwood is aromatic and fresh, with bitter notes of green herbs and wormwood for good measure. (You’ll find hints of orange peel too.) Use it as a base for your alcohol-free cocktails, serve it over ice, or enjoy it on its own—it makes for a great aperitif.

Barreled Oak is dry and smoky, with notes of warm spices, chocolate rye, and oak. We love it on the rocks, mixed with soda, or shaken up into a no-or-low cocktail.

Gnista

Atlanta, GA
Gnista is Swedish for “spark,” and it’s a fitting word to describe their non-alcoholic spirits (which are sure to spark many bright occasions). They’re made just an hour’s drive from Malmo, Sweden with the very same techniques used to create good, old-fashioned drinks. No wonder they’ve got the intensity and complexity of the finest spirits out there.
