Turning up the heat—big time.

Hot. Flavor-packed. Clean. They’re all words you could use to describe the hot sauces from Señor Lechuga. How do they do it, you ask? It’s all crafted in small batches in Brooklyn using—you guessed it—simple, high-quality ingredients. (That means no added sugar, preservatives, or artificial colors or flavors.) It doesn’t stop at hot sauce, either. The Essentials set also comes with three spice blends, each one ready to step in as a fiery-hot spice rub or all-purpose seasoning. No wonder this stuff’s getting hype from top-tier chefs, food editors, and mixologists alike.

The Collection comes with Señor Lechuga’s three original sauces:

  • .001 brings maximum heat with a special blend of habanero and Carolina Reaper peppers.
  • .002 brings serious heat like .001 does—and calls in chipotle peppers for smoky flavor.
  • .003 has pineapple for an unexpected (and very welcome) dose of sweetness, right next to a punch of heat.

The Essentials comes with the .001, .002, and .003 original sauces, plus three spice blends:

  • Adobo is spice with some sweetness for good measure. Pair it with tacos, avocado toast, steak, or salad—your call.
  • Chipotle packs a punch and has smoky flavor, too. We love it on veggies, chicken, pork, and eggs.
  • Habanero is the hottest of the bunch. Use it to add fire to pizza, fish, ramen, pasta, and lots more.

  • Made in: Brooklyn, NY.
  • Product Warranty:
  • Shipping & Returns: Free Standard Shipping on Orders $199+ and Easy-Breezy Returns

Meet the Maker

Señor Lechuga Hot Sauce

Brooklyn, NY.
Nico Lechuga wanted a hot sauce that could check all the boxes: clean, with maximum heat, without compromise on flavor. He couldn’t find it anywhere he looked, so he started making his own in his Williamsburg, Brooklyn kitchen. Now, he and his wife craft a whole line of sauces in small batches using nothing but simple, quality ingredients.
