Fresh edamame: beautiful but beguiling.

This week, our CSA share from Local Roots came with organically-grown fresh edamame, as well as peaches, tomatoes, shisto peppers, and eggplant.

We've obviously eaten the popcorn already (how could we not?), but what should we do with the rest of the share? We're thinking stir-fry. What do you think?

If you're interested in joining Local Roots CSA, orders for the fall season are due on Friday, August 21 (tomorrow!). After that, there's a small late fee. Place orders and find out more info about their variety of shares here.
