We've partnered with Avocados from Peru to bring you the latest contest -- and a great prize for the winner! Read on for more details. 

You’ve heard us exalt the mighty avocado time and time again. We love it smashed onto toast, baked into cornbread, puréed into soup, or eaten straight from a spoon with only salt and olive oil. This contest may or may not be an excuse for us to try even more recipes with the ingredient we can't stop talking about.

But enough about us: We want to know what recipes stand as your proof that avocados deserve to be admired. Think beyond the guacamole (except if you have the recipe to end all others), then buy a bag or two of avocados, slice them open, and start scooping. I'm not entering the contest, but the best use of avocados is on "Cooking With Mr. C." This is the only way I can get my kids to eat avocados. A delicious recipe.

I have to say I'm in love with a whole bunch of the recipes that have been posted so far. I hope I don't get sick of avocadoes while trying them out!
