Whole Foods Summer Contests: The Grand Prize Winner!
We have a grand prize winner for our summer contests with Whole Foods Market!
Brita will receive a $1,000 gift card to Whole Foods for her Buffalo Mozzarella with Balsamic Glazed Plums, Pine Nuts and Mint, which won our contest for Your Best Recipe Using Fresh Mozzarella in June. Congratulations Brita!
Kate Rowe, Senior Editor of Whole Foods' Integrated Media Team, commented on the win: "It’s rated 4 stars by 64 people, has 330 comments voting for it, and features a very creative use of pairing the designated ingredient -- fresh mozzarella -- with plums."
Whole Foods will also be selecting 8 random winners from the comments section of their blog -- stay tuned: if you voted, this could be you! These folks will receive a $52 Whole Foods Market gift card and a copy of the forthcoming food52 cookbook.

Well deserved, this is a lovely dish. I love ot watch guest faces when they bite into it after saying "plums, mozz and vinegar, really?" They are duly converted on the combination.
