Heena  Pistachio Meringue Stack with Rose Cream and Strawberries

Heena grew up in Bombay, India and now works in Waterloo, Canada as a technology/business analyst -- she calls her desk job yawn-inducing but we say: if it inspires this sort of gorgeous cooking and photography off hours (on her blog Tiffin Tales and here on food52), we'd like to meet more analysts.
