August  6, 2015

Ever wished you could cook a Genius recipe with our executive editor Kristen Miglore? Now you can!

If you have ever found yourself enthusiastically bouncing through the recipes on our site like a ball bearing in a pinball machine (we do this all the time, and we work here), or have caught yourself daydreaming about what it would be like to cook with Food52's test kitchen managers or editors, or have longed to bring the site's online community into a more "real life" space, we have some exciting news: The same folks whose work you see on our site every day—our editors, test kitchen managers, and contributors—will be teaching a series of classes at Haven's Kitchen here in New York.

Shop the Story

This September, join executive editor Kristen Miglore to master some of our favorite Genius recipes; brush up on baking basics at the apron strings of test kitchen manager Erin McDowell; shake and stir up a storm with Erik Lombardo, our Spirit Guides contributor (and the head cocktail honcho at Marta); and learn how to make really delicious (really) vegan food with The New Veganism contributor, Gena Hamshaw. Or do all four!

For more information and to sign up, head to the Haven's Kitchen site. We hope to see you there!

Oh, but if one lives in Colorado or other places in the world----well, can these be videoed
and presented as an online course?
