Let's analyze each of these

1.) Mady Popelka - San Franciscan. The photo would likely be authentic.
2.) local_milk - appears to be a food photographer or food stylists. The eggs are soft-boiled quail eggs, no indication that these are from a farmers market. Rest of the images from this person's photostream appear to be staged, unsurprising for a photographer.
3.) topcyprus - this appears to be a promotional account encouraging tourism to Cyprus. The photo in question is a regram per the poster.
4.) evakosmasflores - apparently a Portland-based food photographer, another food photographer/stylist. No indication that the fruits here were bought at a local farmer's market.
5.) jswenty - San Diegan. The photo is probably authentic.

Thus, of the five photos, the two from California (#1 & #5) are likely authentic photos from a recent farmers market. The Cyprus photo (#3) is admittedly a regram per the poster, so maybe it is not so recent. Photos #2 and #4 are staged, no indication whatsoever that the items were acquired at a local farmers market. The latter two photographers are likely using various hashtags to promote their businesses and get more eyeballs on their work.

These gorgeous photos must've been taken in California. We sure don't have produce like that in the Union Square Greenmarket this early in the year.
