Yow, that pan looks like it could be a weapon--what a cool piece of equipment to have in your arsenal! You could go to battle against an Iron Chef with that thing. Congratulations for earning it!

Congrats! I just took a peek at your profile and find that we are kindred spirits on one big issue--counter height. Mine are an extra 4 inches high--and the person who put them in wasn't even especially tall. Keep your good advice coming.

OMG! I am so surprised and amazed. I feel like a complete novice compared to so many of the great cooks in this online community. Food52 is such a great break from work on my dissertation - or perhaps I should say, it's a great complement. I have learned so much.
