Couldn't agree more! My office happens to be directly above Salumi, so I indulge in the mole more than I'd like to admit!

Beautiful! Anytime you are anywhere near Seattle, you deserve a side trip to Salumi, whether for lunch or a take-home purchase. I'm partial to the mole, but I always have some explaining to do to TSA inspectors when a stick of it shows up in the x-ray of my carry-on luggage!
