Any suggestions for how to use this?

Market Hall Foods has some great suggestions for how to use mugolio: http://bit.ly/mtkfQ6. I've drizzled it over goat cheese, ricotta, and vanilla gelato, and have used it in kirs instead of the usual black currant liqueur. It adds a light, floral sweetness that's lovely.
