How great to see you here! Well deserved. Was so bummed to miss the party - I'm sure it was swell. Hopefully another opportunity will arise... It's funny, but blood doesn't freak me out at all. As a kid I learned from Mom that when you slice that steak, you capture the bloody juices and mop them up with a piece of bread. But mixed with chocolate? Hmmm...
