I vote for The Barn. For me, that's what Thanksgiving is all about - food and family and friends. What a beautiful setting.

Ahhh, such a dream to do this. I love that you planned this outing and celebrated together in such a beautiful and intimate way. What better way to give thanks. My vote goes to AntoniaJames

This is NOT easy--they're all terrific! While Eatboutique is gorgeous and "magazine ready", I love The Barn in black & white and the story the photos tell. Voting for csheago.

Eatboutique, purely on the strength of that smoked turkey! But all the contestants are great.

They are all so great! But I'm going with Antonia James. At least partly because I live at the base of Mt Tam that she talks about and it made me want to spend Thanksgiving the way she did. In a simple way in nature, feeling thankful. Really nice.

"Eat boutique"
Love the little story.
You can feel the passion of cooking, and having people, the display look's great.
It' s the kind of table i would love to seat around...

AntoniaJames...she must live in my back yard. My family also does a hike and eat day. We spend the morning hiking around Point Reyes National Seashore, and a quick hike up Black Mountain. Then home to fire and food and wine, of course.

Well, not quite in your backyard, but close enough! I'm down in the East Bay, just south of Berkeley. We should have a potluck after the New Year for any Food52 people who live in or are visiting the Bay Area. My place is centrally located and available! Contact me privately, anyone who is interested.

Very tough choice! They are all lovely, but when I saw the second photo is csheago's series I was sold (and immediately wanted to be there in that barn kitchen helping out!)

AntoniaJames had the Thanksgiving of movies and novels. It looked beautiful and gets my vote.

Wow, such great photos - I'm not surprised you had trouble choosing only 3! These are all lovely snapshots of the holiday, but as we are a family of two, AntoniaJames' intimate Thanksgiving picnic really resonated with me. She gets my vote.

They are all wonderful and unique. My vote goes to csheago - partly due to barn-envy.
