Step Into Spring With This Sandwich

March 14, 2012

Spring officially begins next Tuesday, but here in New York, it feels like it has already sprung. Along with spring cleaning and lazy picnics in the park, we think it's about time we introduced some spring ingredients into our repertoire. And, what better way to do so than to make this gorgeous spring sandwich from our friends over at The Kitchn. It's packed with bright green asparagus, hard-boiled eggs, and pickled red onion, and would be perfect for lunch in the park.
