Grilled Cheese en Masse

There's a reason that grilled cheese sandwiches are a home-alone kind of snack -- even with the biggest skillet, you can only make two or three at once, and where does that leave the other half of your dinner party guests?

Well, the problem is solved with an easy kitchen hack from Cook's Country. Use two preheated baking sheets to make your sandwiches in the oven! The buttered-and-cheesed bread slices are arranged into one of them, then the other is stacked on top to toast the top and bottom layers of bread simultaneously as the cheese melts.
