A Well-Dressed Salad

Along with ramps, rhubarb, asparagus, and strawberries, delicate greens such as butter lettuce are a much anticipated spring gem. Dressed with a simple vinaigrette of mustard, vinegar, and olive oil, there's nothing lighter or more refreshing than a crisp salad of young lettuce. 

NPR recently asked Molly Wizenberg of Orangette to share her tips for a well-dressed salad. She discusses everything from her preferred varieties of lettuce to purchase at this time of year to storing lettuce and her favorite dressings - Everyday Vinaigrette and Green Goddess Dressing.
