Leave it to Julia Child to inspire a Spiked Applesauce recipe. A combination of local apples, apple brandy, and a little sugar, this recipe sounds like the perfect side dish for chilly nights ahead! And with fall sneaking in on us, maybe we should start planning for our soon-to-be abundance of autumn apples.
