With a new cookbook debut, and a popular 430-square-foot smokehouse in Brooklyn, Noah and Rae Bernamoff are ready to show up some of the ever popular "New York Deli's." But they've come prepared. Not only are they serving "Jewcuterie Boards," but after attending a Deli Summit in California with other industry kids, they've learned something even their Grandmother's couldn't have seen coming. As one attendee puts it — "Basically, it's just cool to be Jewish again."
