It's a rare thing to find innovation in pizza toppings, but "the Sorrentina" is the real deal. Suspicious?

It's true, and it's delicious. The new pie is a simple expression of its three (count 'em, three) toppings: smoked mozzarella, fresh basil, and whole lemon slices. Oven as hot as possible, cooked for as little as possible. Minimalist perfection.
