World Food Day 2012

Each year on October 16th, the UN chooses a theme on which to center the discussion on reducing world hunger. This year, we're totally behind their choice.

They're focusing on "agricultural cooperatives" -- local farming marketplaces that engage communities by hiring, training, and providing services like nutrition lessons.
