During the spooky season of Halloween, it seems that kids go for foods that are a little creepy, a little crawly, and incredibly odd. So, then, in the spirit, Peter Ogburn from NPR informed his wife that their Halloween menu would be titled "Blood and Guts — A Celebration of Offal," -- we're sure she thought the kids would never buy it. Try it for yourself: fry up sweetbreads, drizzle pig's blood atop a chocolate cake -- maybe, just maybe, your kids will take a bite. If you double dare them.
