Frozen Whipped Cream Dollops

When we saw this hack from Lifehacker, we couldn't help but wonder if it wasn't incredibly genius. Could this be another way to add creamy sweetness to our coffees? Or a topping for rich hot chocolate? Either way, we'll have to experiment. 

Have any of you given this a try for your warm fall drinks?
