Not only did he teach us loads about pizza but he also performed the heroic act of temporarily disabling Amanda's relentless smoke detector so we could finish shooting this video of TasteFood's delicious variation on white pie, Broccoli Rabe, Potato and Rosemary Pizza.

Amanda, I love that, despite the many times you've burned yourself putting hot food into your mouth on camera, you went for it again - and this time you conquered the heat! ;-) That pizza looks amazing - I love white pizza - can't wait to try this.
