Yes, it's magical (and refreshing) with salumi. This may be one of my favorite Food52 wines that I've done. Only downside: am now obsessed with planning a trip to Bologna.

I adore Lambrusco - thank you for highlighting it in this week's post. we were introduced to it in Bologna and I have really grown to enjoy it with a variety of dishes. My favorite pairing is with a plate of salumi: prosciutto, mortadella, lardo. Oh lordy (or lardy, I suppose).
