I actually used this as inspiration and sort of combined both the winning green bean salads together! I made green bean and feta salad with the red onion and dressing (minus the marjoram - cannot easily/readily find where I am in France) and added the batons of raw zucchini from the other salad. I then added some halved glossy black olives and some halved cherry tomatoes for colour. The sweetness of tomatoes and saltiness of olives and feta were fantastic!
That's why I love the site so much - great recipes that are easily adaptable.
