Oh what fun! Food 52 is my new favorite thing. Bravo on the unmolding (lol!)-- I usually just eat it out of the dish.

A thought occurred while I was watching you struggle to get the basil leaves out of the hot cream; I should have suggested a sprig of basil in the recipe, rather than leaves, so the whole stem could be removed more easily...
