Darby Sue's Berry/Fruit Tart
Author Notes: Darby is my pre-teen darling daughter. She loves to make her multi-berry tart for us. She is a novice cook but I see her having a life filled with yummy recipes to share with friends and family. Darby is 12! One day Darby asked how to make a tart and I mentioned Grandma Judy's no-roll pie crust. She remembered a mini tart we had after an art event and wanted to try to recreate that. She made Grandma's crust put in a cream cheese layer and added the fruit. ALL while mom was away. She did it all on her own and it was DELICIOUS! Enjoy. - amystielstra
