Refreshing Pomegranate Lemonade

Author Notes: Every Fall I buy a case or two of Pomegranates and what we don't get to eat I freeze. We made fresh lemonade and squeezed the pomegranate seeds into the turns a gorgeous color.I used my Grandma Abadi's manual orange great! Add some fresh mint leaves for a refreshing drink!Joy Betesh

Serves 6=8

  • 5 lemons squeezed
  • 8 cups cold water
  • 1-2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups pomegranate seeds juiced
  • 8 sprigs fresh mint leaves
  • ice cubes
  1. Mix together the lemons, water and pomegranate juice and add sugar till you have the desired sweetness. Add ice cubes and serve with mint sprigs.
