Serves 2 to 4
- 2 small cucumbers
- 1 small ripe papaya
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 splash hot chili sauce
- 1 pinch sea salt
- Peel and seed cucumbers then slice in rough 1 inch slices.
- Peel and seed papaya and cut flesh into 1 inch cubes.
- Toss gently with lime juice, chili and salt.
