Honeymoon Punch

Author Notes: I went to Puerto Rico for my honeymoon. When I returned I was determined to try to keep the relaxed spirit of the trip and came up with my own version of the ubiquitous rum punch. It may not be a holiday punch but it's great poolside.Summer of Eggplant

Serves 6-8

  • 1 1/4 cup light rum
  • 1 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup grenadine
  • 6 tablespoons Cointreau
  • 3/4 cups fresh lime juice
  1. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher, chill for 3 hours. Serve with a mango or orange wedge.
