Author Notes

These classic chocolate chip cookies are both gluten free and vegan using heart healthy almond flour, agave nectar and dark chocolate. Please note: Bob's Red Mill blanched almond flour does not yield successful results when used in this recipe. http://www.elanaspantry.com/dairy-free-gluten-free-chocolate-chip-cookies/ —elanaspantry

Is 2 1/2 cups blanched almond flour is the same that 1 cup blanched almond flour. I do not see the difference as a french and novice cooker of american vegan recipe :) !! Thank you !

These cookies have saved my skin twice in the last week: Emergency cookie drop at Girl Scouts where we needed to account for an egg and wheat allergy; they were so popular we were signed up by popular demand at the school party this week. They are very easy to make - easy enough to swing a batch together while I'm making dinner. Thank you!

These were very good GF cookies. I liked that they were soft and many GF chocolate chip cookie recipes that I have tried become rock hard after a day. Thanks for the recipe.
