Mango Coconut Chutney

Serves 4

  • Raw Mango cubes 8
  • Fresh Grated Coconut ½ cup
  • Green chili 1
  • Shallots 5
  • Ginger ½ Inch
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasoning
  • Coconut oil 1 tsp
  • Mustard seed ½ tsp
  • Dry read Chili 1
  1. Grind all the ingredients to a coarse paste
  2. Seasoning With Above ingredients

I have never seen this type of chutney before, what do you serve it with? I think the flavors are amazing.
