Mango Coconut Chutney
Serves 4
- Raw Mango cubes 8
- Fresh Grated Coconut ½ cup
- Green chili 1
- Shallots 5
- Ginger ½ Inch
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning
- Coconut oil 1 tsp
- Mustard seed ½ tsp
- Dry read Chili 1
- Grind all the ingredients to a coarse paste
- Seasoning With Above ingredients

I have never seen this type of chutney before, what do you serve it with? I think the flavors are amazing.
