I just tried this recipe --well, I didn't make it, a lovely co-worker made it and shared some with me. It is delicious! I've been making a granola recipe for many years, and now I am not sure which one I like better!

This recipe was delicious! Not too sweet with just the right amount of crunch. Could not stop munching on spoonfulls every time I turned it in the oven. I substituted the dried cherries with some chopped dates and golden raisins at the end.

I love homemade granola, this looks fantastic, especially with the dried cherries.
