Spa Drink

Author Notes: I'm' not a huge fan of cocktails that involve syrup or sugar because they end up too sweet, but this drink balances the tartness of lime with the subtle sweet from the elderflower. Spa drink because it tastes like an adult version of spa cucumber water. - susankuess

Makes 1 cocktail

2 shots Square One cucumber vodka
2 shots St. Germain Elderflower liquor
2 shots Fresh lime juice
1 splash Soda water
1 Cucumber slice for garnish (optional)

Add the shots of Square One, St. Germain, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until mixed and pour into a glass of ice. Add soda water to taste and garnish with a cucumber slice (optional).
