Author Notes: I have been on a quest for new spirits and came across "Root," the spirit responsible for Root Beer. It packs a big punch and smells like that oh so sugary drink. I thought to put it with some bubbles, a great American Ale. I then rounded it out with some citrus. - juan-carlos valadez
Makes 1
- 8 ounces local ale, I used Magic Hat #9
- 4 ounces Ginger beer
- 2 ounces Root liqueur
- 1 ounce orange liquer
- Use a cold pint glass and put the orange and Root liqueur.
- Then add the cold ginger beer Lastly add your Ale beer.
