I made a carrot cake for my girlfriends birthday (thank you Happyolks this made for a great birthday http://food52.com/recipes... ) But she loves cream cheese frosting so I swapped out the original glaze with something I whipped up. —ZombieCupcake

Powdered Sugar

1/3 cup
Shredded Coconut

1/4 cup
Coconut Oil

2 tablespoons
Honey

1 teaspoon
Vanilla
Directions

Cream coconut oil and cream cheese together in a medium. Once done add the rest of your ingredients. Spread on your favorite dessert that pairs well with coconut and enjoy! :-D
