My husband and I tested these, and we LOVED them! Did we listen to Escape (a.k.a. The Piña Colada Song) while making these? You bet we did! The pops were ready for the freezer before the four minute and thirty-six second song was over, and were ready to eat after about four hours in the freezer. These pops are refreshing, not overly sweet, and have a nice texture that you can sink your teeth into. The fresh pineapple is tangy and bright, and the cherries add little bursts of sweetness. We can't wait to try them again, and maybe with a little rum, as you suggest! Thanks for a great recipe!

Thank you - they are even more delish with a drop of rum or Baileys, but I have a six year old :(
