- Press out liquid from 1pound of tofu. Cut into 1" cubes. Soak/marinate in mixture of soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, sesame oil, hot chili powder, Chinese curry powder for 60 minutes or longer.
- 10 minute before frying marinated tofu cubes, heat canola/vegetable oil in heavy skillet. Coat tofu cubes in corn starch, once oil is shimmering, fry cubes till golden on all sides. Drain on paper towels and serve.
