This simple recipe is—trust me, it is—the perfect drink at your next brunch alongside, or instead of a classic mimosa. Chill your glasses ahead of time for optimum results. —tw
Ingredients

fresh lime

1 cup
(8 ounces) chilled guava nectar

1 cup
(8 ounces) chilled Prosecco
Directions

Cut off ¼ of the lime and juice it. Set the juice aside. Cut the remaining lime into 4 relatively equal pieces and set aside.

Combine the guava nectar and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and pour into 4 chilled Champagne stem glasses. Top with Prosecco, garnish each glass with a lime wedge, and serve immediately.
