Author Notes: This is kind of a twist on hummus. Three ingredients, takes about 3 seconds to make but is so delicious and healthy. People are always impressed. - milkandhoney
- 2 cups Rinsed organic chickpeas(cooked)
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 5 sundried tomatoes
- Place all three ingredients in a food processor. Blend on high until smooth.
