Chickpea Feta Dip

Author Notes: This is kind of a twist on hummus. Three ingredients, takes about 3 seconds to make but is so delicious and healthy. People are always impressed.milkandhoney

Serves 6

  • 2 cups Rinsed organic chickpeas(cooked)
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 5 sundried tomatoes
  1. Place all three ingredients in a food processor. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!

I happened to have some leftover cooked chickpeas at home, so I made this last night. It was good! Something about the combination of ingredients... it came out tasting a bit like pizza.
