This trifle is one dessert that goes perfectly this time of year.
On the one hand takes advantage of the sponge cake dregs that remained, on the other combines it with yogurt and fresh and anti -oxidant fruit.

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1/4 piece Sponge Cake
  • 2 pieces Greek Yogurt
  • 2 pieces Orange
  • 8-10 pieces Tamarilho
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Homemade Granola
Directions
  1. Begin by opening the tamarilhos in half and remove the inside for a container. Add a tablespoon of brown sugar , stir and leave to macerate about 10 minutes . Peel the oranges, break into pieces and add the remaining brown sugar . With the blender grind prepared tamarilho . Then go through a strainer and discard the seeds. At the bottom of each cup or glass put a layer of sponge cake pieces, sprinkle with two tablespoons of tamarilho sauce , place the yogurt on top, then the orange pieces and end with more tamarilho sauce . Lead to cold and , before serving, sprinkle with granola .
