Author Notes: Even simple recipes require thought and a little love. My husband struggles with a variety of health issues, and we do our best to include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in our daily food plan. Although simple, this smoothie is a great breakfast for "my old smoothy"! —cookwithsusan
- 6 ounces Low-fat, low-sugar yogurt, if diet permits
- 6 ounces Non-fat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Fresh strawberries
- 1/2 Frozen banana
- Place all ingredients in blender, cover, and blend until smooth in texture. Serve immediately.
