Cherry Key Lime Sorbetto

Makes 1 quart plus 1 pint

  • 1 pound cherries (pitted)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice
  1. Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar completely dissolves and you get a simple syrup.
  2. Cool mixture
  3. Add Cherries and Key Lime Juice in a blender with the simple syrup.
  4. Blend mixture until smooth
  5. Place mixture in the refrigerator until chilled completely
  6. Freeze in your ice cream maker according to the instructions.
