Serves 4 people

For the Guacamole

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Small tomato
  • 1 Small onion
  • 4 tablespoons Chopped, fresh cilantro
  • 1 Lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Dice avocado, tomato and onion
  2. Put in a bowl with lime juice, cilantro and salt and peper
  3. Take a fork and mash

For the swordfish

  • 4 pieces Fresh swordfish
  • 4 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  2. Brush the grill grate with Olive oil
  3. Season the fillet with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the swordfish fillet for about 3 minutes on each side, depending on how thick the fish is.
  5. Place the fillet and the guacamole on a whole wheat bun and serve.
